These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Besti (the "App" or "Service"), provided by Network 13 LLC ("Network 13," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Besti, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Besti. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Plans, meetups, and assumption of risk

Besti helps you find and arrange in-person and virtual activities with other users. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions when meeting anyone through the App. Network 13 does not conduct criminal background checks on users, and Real-Person Verification confirms only that a genuine human completed a face-pose check on their device — it is not a guarantee of anyone's identity, intentions, or trustworthiness. Use the in-app safety features (sharing event status, choosing public meeting spots, discreet exit) and your own judgment before and during any outing.

4. Reliability, no-shows, and account standing

Besti tracks a private reliability score based on whether you show up to confirmed outings. Reported no-shows may result in escalating consequences, including temporary suspension, deprioritization of your plans and presence, and permanent account termination for repeated or severe violations, as described in the App.

5. Acceptable use

When using Besti, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger other users.
• Use the App for any commercial solicitation, spam, or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's safety features, chat limits, or moderation systems.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile information, plan descriptions, chat messages). By posting it, you grant Network 13 a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the App.

7. Reports and moderation

We review user reports and may investigate, warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or endanger other users. Decisions about moderation are made at our discretion.

8. Termination

You may stop using Besti and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you've violated these Terms or put other users at risk.

9. Disclaimers

Besti is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome (such as finding a compatible companion) will result from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network 13 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or from your interactions or meetups with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing state/jurisdiction for Network 13 LLC], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and, for material changes, provide notice within the App.
